  • Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
  • Seek to exploit or mislead any other person particularly those under the age of 18.
  • Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
  • Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
  • Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  • Be used for commercial purposes.

Suspension and termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
  • Issue of a warning to you.

Official Rules ‘EGO Competitions’

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN FREE COMPETITIONS. PREMIUM COMPETITIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO PREMIUM MEMBERS. A EGO MEMBERSHIP IS A REQUIREMENT TO ENTER ALL COMPETITIONS.
Sponsor
These are the Official Rules for the ‘EGO Competitions’ The sponsor and administrator of these ‘EGO Competitions’ is European Gaming Organisation ASBL. Avenue Georges Rodenbach 61, 1020 Bruxelles, Belgium (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of the United States, Canada, EU member states, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Norway, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies and suppliers (individually « Entity » and collectively, « Entities ») and the immediate family (i.e. spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each Entity are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize in this Contest is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Timing
The ‘EGO Competitions’ run for specific times which can be found on the competition page itself (the ‘EGO Competitions’ period). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

How to Enter
To enter the ‘EGO Competitions’ you must be a registered member of EGO. If you are not a registered member of EGO, please visit http://www.egorganisation.com to register for an account. Registration for and use of EGO and other EGO applications are subject to EGO’s terms and conditions. By entering ‘EGO Competitions’, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.egorganisation.com.
To enter the ‘EGO Competitions’:
Entrants must click the ‘enter now’ button for the competitions they which to enter on the Sponsor’s competition page on http://www.egorganisation.com/competition.
LIMIT: Limit one (1) ‘EGO Competitions’ entry per person, per EGO account. Any entry which exceeds this entry limit from the same EGO account will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter the ‘EGO Competitions’ more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same EGO account. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorised account holder of the EGO account used will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder.

Drawing and Winner Notification
Sponsor will select ‘EGO Competitions’ winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Sponsor will notify the potential ‘EGO Competitions’ prize winner by EGO notification sent to the EGO account information provided by entrant in the ‘EGO Competitions’ entry. It is the entrant’s obligation to notify the Sponsor in writing of any change of contact information. The winner will be required to respond to the winner notification within two days of the time the notice is sent in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period or fails to comply with any other term of these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeits the prize. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining entries from the applicable Entry Period.

Publicity
The acceptance of the Prize by a winner shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s full name, county, likeness, quotes, photo, submission, entry or prize information (collectively “Submission”) in any manner the Sponsor deems fit including, but not limited to, in connection with Sponsor’s exploitation of the Submission for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Release
By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of entrant’s participation in these ‘EGO Competitions’ or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, as well as or any claim or cause of action based on publicity rights, infringement of intellectual property, defamation, or invasion of privacy arising from any materials entrant has submitted in connection with entrant’s participation in the ‘EGO Competitions’.

Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the ‘EGO Competitions’; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the ‘EGO Competitions’; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the offer or administration of ‘EGO Competitions’, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the winner and distribution of the prizes or the processing of entries; (5) any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize for any reason; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the ‘EGO Competitions’ or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the ‘EGO Competitions’ provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of ‘EGO Competitions’ or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the ‘EGO Competitions’ or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the ‘EGO Competitions’, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the ‘EGO Competitions’ or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the ‘EGO Competitions’ may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entrant’s Personal Information
Information collected from entrants in this ‘EGO Competitions’ is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Winner
Winners will be announced on the EGO website.

Refund Policy
We do not refund the place to buy for our tournaments. The team having put in all are energy for the organization, it is inconceivable to refund a place that will block the place of a possible other team.
